bodywork recommendation?

hi, wondering if someone has a reference or skills themselves.

ive sandblasted my GS11e tank, planning on giving it a "nice" paint job, and I'd love to just ask some questions to someone who has experience with body filler and paint prep.  there's some pretty serious denting on the tank and I'm apprehensive about using the wrong filler, or doing it in a way that won't last.  youtube has all sorts of opinions, few that are directly applicable to my tank.
