I got a text asking me when TWALD is this year.
The Weekend After Labor Day. September 11, 12 and 13.
It'll be the usual thing. Lunch meet ups, pot luck bonfire cook outs, a bunch of riding on the best roads the midwest has to offer. Everything is voluntary including showing up to begin with.
There's no fees, no tickets, no guest list, and the only rule is Don't be an Asshole.
We're doing t-shirts again. Email me with your order. Tell me how many, how big, if you're interested in a long sleeve or a hoodie or a ladies cut shirt. No promises on any of it I don't do this for a living. Thank God.
Profits from any sale of shirts, stickers, patches, etc. will be donated to charity. In the past the TWALD t-shirt fund has fed hungry people, helped people who were flooded out of their houses, helped out combat vets suffering from PTSD, bought air fences for motorcycle racing, helped pay for mental health services for underserved rural communities, and bought a tool box for a grade school science classroom. I don't know where the money is going this year. Feel free to make suggestions; I'll feel free to ignore them.
See you in September assuming there's still gasoline for sale at that time.
