Hey Guys,

We have to take a group picture on Wednesday at 10pm in Lerner for the yearbook!!! It's especially important that the seniors are there, so please wear the new sweatshirts or Charles Drew gear!!

Fundraiser starts today so I need you all put up flyers on your facebook to tell your friend and to really promote this event. E-board involvement has been lackluster on many of events this semester and we can't have that so it's important that we get our group together and to start supporting and helping each other, starting with this fundraiser. Also sweatshirts are here so please pick them up at the next e-board meeting, or before we take pictures. It is $25. 

Doreen: please include the fundraiser in the blurb and if you can email and also the last kaplan event we need as many people to sign up as possible the last blurb didn't have the link on it, I'm not sure why. So make sure that is in the blurb.

Minali: you will be working with our BALSO liaison on the Big sib/Little Sib meet and great scheduled for next Wednesday.  

Obinna: I need a flyer for the fundraiser as soon as possible as well as a facebook event so please get in touch with Lindsey on that. 

ChiChi: I need you to submit the check for the MCAT auction and the sweatshirts when we get that money. 

Lindsey: OCMs have been slacking on flyering I haven't seen anything in lerner or woodbridge so please get on them about that. 

Melissa: What is going on with the event next thursday because if there is no event I want lindsey to put something together for an event. 

Everyone: We didn't have a good turnout at the last e-board meeting and I wasn't informed by a lot of you that you were not planning on coming, because of this we will not be having e-board elections this coming weekend but rather the following weekend. Please email me if you are going on the trip this thursday and friday. We have spots open and I want to fill them so spread the word to your friends we will be funding the return trip they only need to buy a ticket there.
