Two websites which surely someone else has drawn to your attention:

1. Just google energetech for info about a wave-powered electricity and desal. water generator already operating as a prototype off Port Kemblaand and thus useful here.

2.www.enviromission.com.au or just google power tower for the most applicable system for all of rural Australia

Congratulations on the win against the privatisation of the Snowy
Mountains Hydro...but I fear that the fight is not over yet.
