Recognizing cmToronto contributions going forward

Going forward I want to ensure that the contributions people make are recognized.  There are 3 primary levels of support related to the event itself.

1. Host (e.g. SiG@MaRS)

This provides lead recognition for the venue host that allows the event to happen at no-cost. This organization allows the event to happen.

2. Convenor (e.g. Peter, Ryan, James, Renjie Lisa)

Convenors are the people that take leadership role to make the event happen. These people form the convening committee and are distinctly recognized for their role as convenors. These are the people that make the event happen and recognition can be associated with an individual and or the organization the wish to represent.

3. Contributor

Contributors will be people who make meaningful contributions to the event. These people will be recognized by the convenors.

Certain contributions that relate more to ChangeMedium overall will also be recognized beyond the event - e.g. website, initial research review/documentation/coordination, etc.
