  • Resorts/Hotels for Outright Sale on All-India Basis.  Any location will be fine.   Preference will be given to well-known Cities of North India.   Range between 10 Cr. to 80 Cr.
  • Hotels and Hotel Sites for Sale in Agra, Lucknow, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Alwar, Haridwar and Rishikesh.   Range between 5 to 10 Cr. Only.
  • Hotels for Management Contract on Pan-India Basis.  Any location will be good.  
  • Pre-rented Commercial Buildings in Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida.  Range between 10 Cr. to 100 Cr. 
  • Pre-rented Commercial Properties in Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida within 1 Cr. only.
  • Nursery/Play Schools for Outright Sale/Lease.  Preferred Locations will be Delhi & Gurgaon.  No specifications of budget.
  • Builder Floor(Ground/First/Second) of around 100 Sq.yds in good location of West Delhi.  Range between 70 to 90 lacs only.
  • Builder Floor(Second) of around 100 Sq.yds in North/West Delhi, available with Roof Rights.   Range between 80 lacs to 1 Cr. only.
  • Builder Floor(First) of around 100 Sq.yds in Gurgaon(DLF/Sushant Lok), available with Roof Rights. Range between 70 lacs to 1 Cr. only.  
  • Kothi/Independent House of around 100 Sq.yds plot in Gurgaon(DLF/Sushant Lok). Range of 1 - 1.2 Cr.  
  • Half to One Bigha Residential/Commercial/Institutional Plot in Haridwar/Dehradun.   Range between 15 to 20 lacs.

These deals can be closed as soon as we get something suitable.  We will be sharing our payout in case seller/owner is not directly associated with your firm.
