Dear Associates,

  Following are some immediate requirements(direct) available with us:


1. Business Hotels in Gurgaon/Delhi.  Areas having good number of leading Business Houses/ MNCs will be preferred.   This is for purchase, range between 30 to 60 Cr. only.

 

2. Commercial Office Space(Furnished/Semi-Furnished/Warmshell) of 40000 to 70000 Sq.ft Area in impressive location of Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (localities near NH8 will be preferred). Preferred areas will be Udyog Vihar Ph-4 & 5. 

 

Rental Range:

 

Rs.30-32 per Sq.ft for Warmshell(with AC & Power Backup).

 

Rs.40-42 per Sq.ft for Building with Complete Interiors(without Furniture).

 

Rs.50-52 per Sq.ft for Building with Furniture.

 

No rent will be paid for basement which will be used for parking/storage.

 

Outright Options within 20 Cr. will also be considered.


 

3. Commercial Office(Furnished/Semi-Furnished/Warmshell) of 5000 to 10000 Sq.ft Area in well-known Buildings of Gurgaon(like- BPTP Park Centra, Millennium Tower, Vatika Triangle, Unitech Cyber Park etc.). This is rental requirement.

 

4. Commercial Office(Furnished/Semi-Furnished/Warmshell) of 4000 to 6000 Sq.ft Area in good location of Okhla. This is rental requirement.

 

5. Commercial Office(Furnished/Semi-Furnished/Warmshell) of 2000 to 6000 Sq.ft Area in good location of Okhla/Jasola. This is for Purchase.

 

6. Commercial Office(Furnished/Semi-Furnished/Warmshell) with approximate Area of 2000-3000 sq.ft. in Central Delhi(Areas around CP). Area should be able to accommodate parking for 10 cars as well. This is for purchase, payment fully by cheque.

 

7. 300-600 Sq.ft Area for a small restaurant/food outlet on main-road of any well-known location in West/North Delhi. This is rental requirement, range between 40000 to 70000 per month.

 

8. Nursery/Play Schools in Delhi.  Main Road based properties will be preferred.  This is rental requirement.

 

9. 2500 Sq.yds Kothi in good location of South Delhi. This is for Purchase.

 

10. 1500 Sq.yds Kothi in good location of East Delhi.  This is for Purchase.

 

11. 200-600 Sq.yds Kothi in good location of South Delhi.  Green Park & Hauz Khas will be preferred.  This is for Purchase.

 

12. 300-600 Sq.yds Builder Floor in good locations of South Delhi.  Areas like Anand Niketan, Shanti Niketan, Defence Colony, Vasant Vihar, Jor Bagh & Maharani Bagh will be preferred.  This is for Purchase, range between 6 to 8 Cr.
