Listen to the first 5 mins.
He said the companies they invest into its going to be a 10 year relationship. Its a people business. You must know one of them to even get a meeting. You got to be in there circle to get funding. This is a great clear communication from one of the top Venture Capitalist.

That dude is a Legend..
He created the Netscape Browser. They went head to head with Microsoft Internet Explorer back in the mid 90s.
They sold Netscape to AOL for 2 billion I think.
He is a venture capitalist now. Which is how he put it a Bank. They fund you and your business from 2 to 10 years. You must 'get along' with the other partners within the community.
Everything is a Network. I like having and bringing something to the table. Business related.
