Club binders

Hey Clubs,

Just to let you know, all of the club binders are due this Friday, May
27th. Just to keep in mind that all events/minutes should be turned in
May 25th for final approval. May 25th will be our last day to approve
anything from you guys for points.

The tabulating form for club binders will be in your mail box
tomorrow, so please pick them up and start organizing your binder.
If you haven't turned in your charter, expect that your club will not
be considered for next year.

I'm really sorry for clubs that participated in open house, we will
get those point submitted and return the actual sheet no later than
May 25th.

Advisor's banquet is coming up on June 1st, and the invitations are
sent to the advisors. The banquet is an optional event, and clubs are
required to pay 20 bucks for the banquet charge.

We are also organizing an advisor's gift (it was mug cups last year)
for the year, so make sure you come in and make one for your advisors!
