Update for May and June

Hey clubs, to give an outline of what we are doing for May and June.

Club Banquet (June 1st during lunch @ quad)
- this banquet is a time for club officers to appreciate the advisors
- two students and an advisor can attend this banquet
- the invitations are now finalized, so we would be working on tables
and number of chairs
- Clubs are required to pay $20 each, and if an advisor is in charge
of two or more clubs, clubs are responsible for $15.

Advisor's Gift
- We decided to do a coffee cups for advisor's gift
-By Thursday, we will check out coffee cups. Check them out during
snack or lunch at ASB room
-All coffee cups are due on May 31st Monday
-This gift is provided by ASB, so clubs do not have to pay.

International Food Court Checks
-Following clubs did not submit a reimbursement forms: Taiwanese,
JNHS, Chikara, and Kapamilya
-Kapamilya still did not submit the IFC ticket money, so we froze
your account and discharged $50 out of the club account

Clubs 2011-2012
-All binders are due Friday, and we will not accept any late binders.
-All clubs of 2011-2012 will be announced on Friday June 3rd.
-Mandatory meeting for all clubs @ lunch for Tusday June 7th. This
meeting should include Advisor and Club Pres, Secretary, and Treasure.
We would highly encourage all clubs to allow present treasurer to
attend this meeting.
