Hey clubs,
you guys should have submitted the club charter by now. Depending on
the situation on some clubs, we will accept the late charters; however
for most of you, late charters that are submitted after May 13th will
not get chartered for next year.

Keep in mind that the second semester cut points is 60, and you need
both re-chartering form and enough points to be chartered for next
year.
The binder is due on May 27th, and last day to submit anything for
points is due on May 25th.

For clubs that participated in Open house, I am really sorry for
lagging on the points, I will be uploading the open house points ASAP.
The open house points will be automatically submitted by us, and will
be give 2 points.

The club points tally sheet will be going around next Monday.

If you request, I will send you the official spreadsheet of all club
points so far. The sheet 3 shows the points, and sheet 4 shows the
kind of events/minutes. You can get the spreadsheet if you personally
request to email: 167...@gmail.com

If you guys have any further questions, please email one of us.

Thanks,
Danny Jeon & Ernst Cleofe
Commissioner of Clubs

What happens in the case that we don't have enough points?

You fail a club, and can't charter for next year.

regardless of the fact that you had enough points first semester? also, who makes the final decision on whether or not a club gets chartered?

All clubs are required to have 60 points by second semester, and we made it clear on that point.
If your club does not reach 60 by May 27th, your club will not get chartered.
Commissioners of Clubs make the final decision on whether or not a club gets chartered.
