Hey clubs,
I just want to thank you guys for actively participating in the IFC
and Project Diversity. You guys were awesome!
Yeah, so tomorrow is finally the IFC! So make sure you got everything
ready and set to go.
Check list
-for set-up/serving people, you guys are released around 12:50 for
set up and all of you guys have to be ready to serve by 1:15.
-All the food must arrive by 12:30
-small poster for each table with your club name and the type of
food
-all the necessary utensils (Operation Smile, you guys are bring the
cups right?)
-Plates and fork will be provided by ASB
-All the tables will be ready, just set-up/serving people check in
with one of us please.

This is pretty much the last event, that we will be hosting directly
to clubs, so let's make it the best!

Thanks,
Danny Jeon & Ernst Cleofe
Commissioner of Clubs

For Operation Smile, we thought cups would be too messy and slow down the line so we changed to cans. It's all set!

Joseph,

With all due respect, this really shouldn't be a concern at all. From the beginning, we entrusted each club with the planning for the delivery. In the project planner that each club filled out, we specifically mentioned the different things that should have been considered including how/where the food will be delivered, storage, serving utensils, and anything necessary to keep the food warm. It was the responsibility of the club officers and advisors to ensure that these aspects were addressed.

In any case, if there is a concern for where the food will be, it should not be much to ask for the food to be handled by your advisor for all of twenty minutes between the two times. If there is absolutely no means of remedying the situation, please see us at snack and we will try to see what we can do.

Sincerely,
Ernst Cleofe and Danny Jeon
Commissioners of Clubs

Ok then! Actually, for my club, we've been prepared since Day 1. We had everything planned out right away with several meetings to coordinate it, I just forgot about the additional option of just having it placed in our adviser's room during those 20 minutes! I was thinking we had to keep it sitting with us during 5th period, which is where I got thrown off at. But I got it, thanks!
