THE MYSTICS PRAYER

Imagine our Sun as a tiny ball in your heart breathe deeply and
nourish that Sun giving it love and appreciation for it's blessing of
warmth and Light for the gifts it would offer to our
brother and sister planets each doing an orbital dance around it.

Feel that light expand until there is no single you and a separate Sun
but simply Light, simply One.

Feel this just a few minutes for a loop of love, balance, peace and
appreciation.
to occur.

If only the prayer you say in your life is "Thank You" that would be
enough.
