Swaroop,

Glad to see we have common needs. Addition of rooms is a big financial decision and finding a good company is so important. It would be disaster if the contractor doesn't follow through with commitments, you would be stranded!

My expectation is, contractor would help on filling the permit. Goal is to hire a contractor who has proven work history. Let’s see if someone has firsthand experience.
