E-Gold for a transaction fee. I guess I'm just cheap, I'd rather earn
it than buy it, but that's just me.
First, you need an E-Gold Account:

Then, you have to go through an Exchange Service to purchase E-Gold.
Rates will vary but I have used these two with very smooth transactions
and low fees. I was actually referred to these two initially by members
of some HYIP forums I attend:

You'll probably want to shop around for the best rate but make sure you
don't exchange with DIREXCHANGE or any company that promises to
exchange PayPal for E-Gold. PayPal doesn't like E-Gold and they have
been known to close member accounts because of E-Gold purchases, so
don't do it! I have (in the past) purhased E-Gold with my PayPal
Mastercard with no issues, but I wouldn't do it now, just to be on the
safe side.
If you want to check out a Exchange Service before you buy, I recommend
running a search through these HYIP forums. These guys know every

Remember, I told you that no HYIP lasts forever. I would not recommend
going above Portal 2 for IT4US, for a 30 day turn around, just to be
safe. In a few months, we'll have another HYIP to invest with. I think
we'll be safe until August-September. When they start closing down the
30 day portal, we'll know it's time to move on. :)
