They're all sick individuals.  Casey goes and sells pictures of her own child, that she MURDERED, to fund her defense for the trial - and don't even get me started on George and Cindy.  Those two are just plain looney tunes.  I cannot believe that any where in their warped minds they can find any justification for selling out the memory and story about their grand-daughter whom they claimed to adore and love so much.
