What I mean by "REALLY good" are a couple of things,...
1. Takes real care and pride in his work (and it SHOWS in how great
your place looks each week,)
2. Is reasonably priced (that is, doesn't think this is "Beverly
Hills" and thus a green light to gouge his customers, and his rates
are really comparable to the QUALITY of the work he does.)
3. Is very knowledgable about landscape care: ie. knows when & how to
trim, watering & sunlight requirements, knows what your garden needs
to thrive, etc.
4. Is very knowledgable with irrigation systems.
5. Doesn't just start out at the beginning of his hire doing great
work, only to then "farm out" the work to some very young and
extremely inexperienced workers who only show up each week to very
quickly trim the grass and blow leaves around, and feign not to be
able to do much else, nor understand what the customer is talking
about.
I really need and would love to find a new great gardener. Any
suggestions would be very welcomed.
And many thanks for your thoughts in advance.
