Dear Neighbor:
The Carthay Coalition "bulletin board" has been up and running for
over a year, available for neighbors in Carthay Circle to let one
another know what's going on in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately, someone decided, in the last day or two, to abuse the
open access to send porn.
I just found out about this five minutes ago, and have now changed the
settings to apply "moderation," which means we shouldn't receive any
more of this garbage.
