2010 NC 303(d) list of impaired waters draft available for reveiw
State of North Carolina Division of Water Quality Public Notice of
Availability of the DRAFT 2010 303(d) list of IMPAIRED Waterbodies.
Announcement is hereby given of the availability of North Carolina
draft 2010 303(d) list of impaired waterbodies. Section 303(d) of the
Clean Water Act requires states to develop a list of waters not
meeting water quality standards. North Carolina has developed its
draft 2010 303(d) list of impaired waterbodies, and it is available
for review and comment. A copy of the draft 2010 303(d) list is
available by downloading from the NC DWQ Modeling and TMDL website at:
http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/tmdl/ SUBMIT WRITTEN COMMENTS no later
than March 3, 2010 to: Jennifer Everett; NC Division of Water Quality;
Planning Section; 1617 Mail Service Center; Raleigh, NC 27699-1617

the comments received. The final list and responses to comments will
be available on the above website after EPA approval.
