BOOK

Don't Miss an Evening with Andy Masich
Wednesday, March 8 | 7 - 8:30 p.m.

You've heard Andy talk about Pittsburgh history, George Washington, and the Steelers, but did you know he's an expert on the Civil War in the Far West?

On Wednesday, March 8, join us for a reading, discussion, and book signing with History Center President and CEO Andy Masich and his new book "Civil War in the Southwest Borderlands."

The Southwest Borderlands saw not only Union and Confederate forces clashing but Indians, Hispanos, and Anglos also struggled for power and dominance.

Andy's perspective on borderlands history offers a single, cohesive framework for understanding the power shift along the Mexican border and the importance of multicultural views of the American Civil War.

Admission to this event is FREE. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
