to Cardinal MSI Help
Hello everyone,

I am encountering some problems while processing image files with Cardinal.
Could you please help me on this issues?

The first one is I got the
Warning message:
In PositionDataFrame(coord = coord, run = metadata(info)[["name"]]) :
rows of 'coord' + 'run' are not unique

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

The second one is error of subscript out of bounds during processing mean spectrum.
> Liver_mean <- summarizeFeatures(Liver, FUN="mean")
summarizing [mean] by feature ...
processing chunk 1/20
Error: BiocParallel errors
1 remote errors, element index: 1
  19 unevaluated and other errors
  first remote error:
Error in h(simpleError(msg, call)): error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 'as.matrix': subscript out of bounds

The third one is R completely crashes after producing two images.
Please refer to the attached image.

If anyone knows what is causing this or how to work around this, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
