Error unlist

Hi Community, 

Have you encounter this kind of error when you read MSIdata? If you have the same problem, could you please advise how to solve it?

path <- paste0("KS", ".imzML")
KS  <- readMSIData(path, attach.only = T)

Error in if (common.len == 1L) unlist(x, recursive = FALSE) else if (common.len >  :
  argument is of length zero
