Unavailability of the mz removal in new version.

Dear Dr. Kylie Ariel Bemis, 

Recently, I tried to remove certain mz values from my dataset. However, met an unsual error:
> roi_processed_III_new <- roi_processed_III[-indices_to_remove, ]
Error in validObject(x) :
  invalid class “sparse_mat” object: length of 'domain' [143] must match sparse extent of array [3]
> indices_to_remove
[1] 22 21 64

I am struggling to remove it for the second day, can you help me, please?
