Misaligment.jpg

Hi, everyone. I´m new to Cardinal. I have a test data set

> test_profile
An object of class 'MSContinuousImagingExperiment'
 <167424 feature, 3600 pixel> imaging dataset
 imageData(1): intensity
 featureData(0):
 pixelData(0):
 metadata(12): spectrum representation ibd binary type ... files name
 run(1): run0
 raster dimensions: 60 x 60 coord(2): x = 35..94, y = 435..494
 mass range: 49.86949 to 501.08918
 centroided: FALSE

When I run
sampleA<-selectROI(test_profile, mz=145.06)
and mark with the mouse the ROI=c(c(60,460),c(60,480),c(80,480),c(80,460)) the result sampleA and the marked ROI are clearly off-target (see image on top).

I have only a single run, therefore I don´t know how to subset.

Thanks for any support..

Cheers, Lutz
