Possibility to customise intensity scale

Hi all,

I would like to compare the distribution and relative abundance of one molecules from two different samples, e.g., wild type and mutant. 

The ideal way is to plot them two ion images at the same intensity scale, i.e., 0-1000, to allow for direct comparison. 

Is there a way to do that? Thanks a lot.
