Combining Multiple data files

I am trying to combine three large imaging files. When loaded into R, two of the files read as MSProcessedImagingExperiment, and the third file reads as MSContinuousImagingExperiment. How do I convert them all to the same ImagingExperiment? When I tried to combine them, I got an error "number of rows of matrices must match." How do I set all the matrix rows the same?
