sgmixn issue while running SpatialDGMM

Hi Kylie, 

Hope you are doing well. 

I am facing an issue with SpatialDGMM segmentation using Cardinal, 

I have summarised the issue on github here. 

It will be great if you can help me out with the issue as I am unable to make progress beyond the Segmentation using SpatialDGMM.

This is fixed now. May take a couple days to appear on Bioconductor.

If you need a fix sooner and your data fits in memory, coerce the spectra() using as.matrix().
