Fourth (and hopefully final!) Pre-Meeting this Friday in HSS 275!

We're meeting this Friday, October 19th, at 5:00 in HSS 275 once again. See you there!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• First off, big thanks to our Treasurer, Brian Ng, who met with LEAD's president and helped figure out exactly why we aren't a club. Through Brian and my, but mostly Brian's, efforts, we should be a club later this next week if the paperwork gets pushed through. 
• Brian and I will be going over the tabling forms at club this coming Friday, and anyone who wants to help would be more than welcome. It'll be hard doing it by myself, and I'd appreciate all the support you guys would be willing to lend. Plus, it looks pretty sad to be the only one sitting at a club's table, so I'd like to avoid that.
• This Friday we'll also be brainstorming fundraising ideas for the club, to buy new games and new versions of old games that are too weather-beaten to play, such as House on Haunted Hill. If you think of any ideas, let me know by e-mail or in-person this Friday.
• Also, now that we're cusping on being an actual club, I'd like to run some club events. The first real meeting would be one such event, and I'd like to take over Rigoberta Menchu hall to do that. If you have any ideas for a special event, let me know as well. Crowd-sourcing makes my job much easier.

Sorry guys for not being able to make it for the last couple of Fridays...I've actually been working LATE on those days. I'm actually in Arizona all THIS week!

So, I'm looking forward to our first "real" club meeting =)
