EndNote Software Recommendation to Capella University

I am a Capella PhD learner in Business School. I was recently searching for EndNotes Bibliographic software in Capella store but unfortunately found out that Capella doesn't have this software available for learners.
If you have noticed almost 80% of PhD learners uses this software and it is very helpful for academic writing. Also, many of the university in all over the world have a Academic license with www.endnote.com that provide access to their learners. EndNote provides site license for the universities at a lower cost.
 
I would like to recommend that if Capella could provide access to this software for his learners, it will be great. I bet all the learners will appreciate it.
 
I would be thankful if you please consider this request and draw an appropriate decision.
