paid William P O'Neill for any services provided by his organization
are welcome to leave a message here to detail what they paid for, and
if they were treated by a registered doctor. Also, if they were
referred to another doctor, or clinic anywhere in the world and
received treatment from them, we'd like to know that, too.

Please provide us with the total amount that you spent, both through
Mr. O'Neill's organization, or at the clinics you later visited, or
