Description: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POWERFUL DOMAIN/OBJECT MODELER TO
JOIN OUR TEAM.
Candidates with more technical skills, such as ex-developers who have
BA experience. Analysts who can understand technically what is going
on during the design sessions and be able to write technical
requirements. Technical Systems Analysts with BA experience are also
candidates who may fit the revised spec.


MANDATORY SKILLS
1) Business Analysts MUST have excellent Functional Design
Capabilities.
2) Business Analysts for this position would more belong to line of
Systems Analysts.
3) MUST have extensive experience in using RATIONAL TOOLS such as
Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Rational Clearquest, Rational
RequisitePro or DOORS.
4) Familiarity with modeling tools such as Rational Rose or Borland
Together
5) MUST have strong OOPS
6) MUST be able to different diagrams, Class Diagrams, Use Case
Diagrams, etc..
7) The selected candidate would key person to communicate between the
requirement team and development team.
8) MUST have excellent written, verbal communication skills. Should
have worked on large scale enterprise applications.
9) Should have skills as per the requirement document attached.
10) OOAD skills are a must. The candidate should have extensive
experience in Object Modeling. Should be strong in RUP and creating
Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Collaboration, Data Flow Diagrams etc..

Additional details:
From the domain perspective, we need analysts with time and attendance
systems knowledge (Kronos, workbrain, etc...).

Skills should include the following:
Time and Attendance systems expertise
Understanding the challenges of automating schedules, overtime and
leave requests, timesheets, organizational hierarchies, approval
workflow, etc...
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and
interpersonal skills
Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
Proven ability to work well independently and in team settings
