Veritaaq Toronto currently has a requirement for a 6 month contract at
a major Telco firm in downtown Toronto. This contract will start at 6
months but will very likely be extended to one year .



• Develop test plans related to proposed network design with special
attention to QoS performance
• Candidates absolutely must have hands on testing experience
(absolute must) testing switches on the IP Network
• Must have experience with Alcatel 7450 or Alcatel 7750 or Alcatel
7710
• Would be very nice for the candidate to have Juniper M320, or MI0I
or MX960
• Would be very nice for candidates to have Hands on experience with
Juniper customer premise gear
• Execute test plans in lab environment – emulated production,
including mpls core, metro area, PE and CE devices.
• Perform performance testing using IXIA testing solution
• Propose design changes based on test results
• Communicate with vendors to obtain the relevant product informations
and to escalate discovered problems
• Ensure the existing plans are executed on time
