You can contact Mark Moffett. He has lots of experience eating bizarre
insects such as weaver ants, etc.

I have eaten Fulgorids with beer in Madagascar and weaver ants in
Cambodia, but my entomophagus experience pales in comparison with
Mark's. I mostly ate small flies on my bicycle as a kid. And we have
all eaten untold numbers of insect parts in our food.
