Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of an approved substitute for the CYTYC ThinPrep
collection vial for paps? I would like to cut costs for my facility
and was hoping to find a substitute for the CYTYC supplies.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no "FDA-approved" substitute.
There are other competitor solutions for Pap testing, that offer
comparable performance at a lower cost :)

If your talk to your Cytyc rep, they may be able to give you a price break, depending on your volume.
