"It's Time to Man Up" ~EGLS resident
I. TAKE BACK THE NIGHT (April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month)
-Rally and Candlelit March against rape and sexual assault.
-Thursday, April 13th at 6:30pm at JHU, on "The Beach", 3400 North
Charles Street
-Rain or shine and all are welcomed. Featuring The FAST self-defense
demonstration, art projects, music and info tables.
-(Meet at GHCC, 3503 North Charles street before 6:30 if you want to
walk over together!)

II. NORTHERN DISTRICT STRATEGIC PLAN
-Join other community leaders in working with the police on either
Youth, Networking or Communication issues in the district
-Wednesday, April 19th at 7pm. Location TBA.

III. YOUTH PUBLIC SAFETY CONFERENCE
-Youth, let your voices be heard and community members join in to
learn how you can help the youth in your neighborhood.
-FREE conference for youth to talk to police officials, youth leaders
and learn about gangs, conflict resolution and a lot more
-Saturday, April 22, 2006. 9am-4pm for Youth (ages 12+). 2:30-3:30pm
for adults to attend the youth-led town hall meeting.
