OFF-CAMPUS
UNARMED ROBBERY
3200 Blk. St. Paul Street
(1 Block East of Campus)
September 22, 2006 - 6:50 PM

A sophomore walking south in the 3200 Blk. of St. Paul St was
confronted by two males one of whom blocked the student's path while
the other male pulled the student to the ground. A non-affiliated
witness, who ran to the aid of the student, was verbally threatened by
one of the suspects to stay away. The suspects demanded the student's
money, took a wallet from his pants pocket and removed the currency
then discarded the wallet as they fled. No weapon was displayed. No
injuries. Baltimore Police and Campus Officers searched the area with
negative results. Investigation continuing.

Description of Suspects:

1. Black male, 20's, 5"10"-6', 210-220lbs, heavy build, shaved head,
wearing black, grey & white camouflage clothing.

2. Black male, 20's, 5'8", 150lbs, thin build, facial hair, wearing a
black hat and dark clothing.

3. Black female, 17-20 yrs., 5'3", heavy build, shoulder-length braided
hair, wearing a white sweatshirt. Possibly their lookout.

* If you have any information regarding this incident please call the
Northern District Police - 410-396-2455 or JHU Campus Safety and
Security - 410-516-4600.

* Consider carrying a second "disposable" wallet with a small amount
of cash in it which can be relinquished without much inconvenience to
you. Without being obvious about it, try to form a detailed memory of
the robber's appearance so that you can make positive identification
afterwards. Give the impression to anyone who may be watching you that
you are alert and watchful. At night, use the escort van service
instead of walking.
