Significant Arrest - From JHU Security Information

ARREST - SUSPICIOUS PERSON - 300 Blk. E. University Parkway (rear
alley) -
Nov. 28th at 4:40 PM, - A Campus Community Patrol Officer observed a
suspicious van in the rear alley and initiated an interview with the
driver. The male driver advised the officer that he had run out of gas.
Feeling the information obtained was suspicious and upon noticing the
vehicle had a broken lock and popped ignition, the Campus Officer
summoned Baltimore Police. Baltimore Police responded and determined
the vehicle was stolen. The driver was placed under arrest. Incident
to arrest Baltimore Police recovered a significant quantity of cocaine,
a 22 caliber revolver, bolt cutters, and assorted power tools.
Investigation is continuing.
