Upper floor burglary

Burglary (Private Residence) - 300 Blk. E. University Parkway - On
Oct. 30th between 9:00 PM and 10:11 PM, a laptop computer and a digital
camera were taken from graduate students' residence. Entry had been
gained through an open 3rd floor bathroom window. Campus Officer and
Baltimore Police responded. Investigation continuing.
2nd and 3rd story burglaries continue in the Benefits District and
surrounding areas. Please make sure that all windows and doors in your
residences or businesses that have any kind of access, as unlikely as
it might seem, for someone to get into from the outside have bars,
grates or are "pinned" to prevent them from being opened from the
outside.
