Hello friends-

I hope that this message finds you all well and hopefully enjoying
spring break (or getting ready to)! I wanted to write to ask you for
your help in recruiting some of your teacher colleagues to apply for
one of our five teacher workshops happening this summer! We have seen
from the past five years that word of mouth is our best recruitment
tool (especially outside of California), so please take a moment to
send the following link to your friends, family, coworkers that are
middle or high school life science teachers:

http://www.sandiegozoo.org/conservation/education/2011_summer_teacher_workshop_in_conservation_biology

We would love to have them join us this summer! The workshops get
better every year and we really appreciate all of the input and
feedback that you, as alumni of the program, have provided to us.
Please go one step further right now and forward this link to your
friends, family, and collegaues that are (or simply know any) middle
or high school life science teachers that would be interested in this
unique opportunity in conservation research. You can remind them that
they will receive a $500 travel stipend and that all room and board is
included!

Thank you so much for your time!!!!

:) Maggie
