get usb hid report from user space

Salam,

I need to get the HID Report from some USB devices.

I tried with `lsusb -v` and it doesn't give formatted output.
another problem is that I should unbind the device to get full report
from the same cmd.

Who knows a tool to get Formatted HID Report from a device, and that
don't need to detach device before.
