Dear Anna & Deb:  You are two of my deepest spiritually walking friends (and cousin).  I want prayer for a friend of mine.  She is a Christian.  She & I are coaching a girls' soccer team together. She used to be a witch.

    She asked me to pray for her this Wednesday, as I will, but I feel that this one is bigger than the both of us.  She used to be involved with something she called wick, or wikka?  Not sure of the spelling.  Anyways, she feels much attack on this upcoming day.

    I told her that we just put a sign on our door and say we don't celebrate hallowe'en and haven't had any problems.  Well her husband isn't saved so she can't do that.  She hands out some kind of tracks.

    Please pray for Alison and if you've got any guidance for me as to how to pray I'd appreciate it.  Thank you both--oh, and by the way, you are both pastors and have a lot in common.

I have prayer for many people who have come out of "Wicca".

They are very deceived because the enemy has them believe

that since they love nature and don't outright practice satanism,

that "white" witches are good.  There are different sects of

wicca.  Stay stronge in prayer for your friend, she will need

it, especially if she is still in an environment of an unbeliever.

I have placed Alison on our prayer list as well.

May you have peace about this, for I know our Heavenly Father

watches over us always.

 

 

Heavenly Father,

You alone are worthy of Praise and worship.  We thank You for all that You are,

all the blessings You bestow upon usand for loving us so much.  We come to You

now, in prayer for one of Your children, Alison.  You have said that where there are

two or more gathered together in Your Name, You are in the midst of them... we

trust Your Holy Words.  Abba, only You know Alison's heart, You know the entire

situation, and only You can keep her safe within Your arms. Fill Alison's heart with

Your endless love, fill her body, mind and soul with the very essence of You, so that

she maybe a light unto others, a walking witness for You.  We ask that You keep

any kind of evil thing or any kind of deception away from her, not just on Wednesday,

but each and everyday.  Make Alison stronge in faith to resist any temptation.  Give

her the desire to want to know and hear only Your Words and Will, Lord.  We thank

You for always being faithful to us, for always forgiving us and for always being there

when we feel alone.

P.S. - I am healed of Lupus!  Praise God!  I have had 2 sets

of labwork done in the past 2 months, lupus is not showing

up!!!!  Our God is bigger than anything or anyone!!!!
