Cheshire, CT – Today, Governor Ned Lamont will announce a comprehensive package of utility accountability reforms designed to lower energy costs, increase competition, and put ratepayers first. 

The Governor will be joined by leaders and members of the Energy and Technology Committee, including Co-Chairs State Senator Norm Needleman and State Representative Jonathan Steinberg.
