Responsibilities:
Technical Business Analyst
Business Analyst need to fast track Sales force projects around SFDC enhancements and capabilities to improve Sales productivity. Role Hierarchy , Mobile, Outlook Integration, reporting

 

Brief Job Description:
• Work with Business SMEs and technical team to configure Salesforce application to maintain existing functionality and implementing enhancement requests

 

• Manage the documentation of business and functional requirements, and prototyping for enhancements
• Collaborate with CRM Architect to provide solution definition and system configuration alternatives to meet requirements

 

• Configuration of SFDC application
• Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports
• Keep other team members and management apprised of the status of the projects
• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
Required Skills:
• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred,5-7 years experience project managing enterprise software deployments, 5-7 years experience contributing as a direct resource on enterprise software

 

deployments
• 3-5 years Salesforce CRM application BA experience,
• Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or,• Salesforce certification a plus;

 

Note:This is a technical business analyst role. It is a hybrid role, candidate will be gathering requirements, meeting with business users, but also will be technically involved in working with salesforce application. Manager is not looking for an SME in Salesforce, but is looking for someone who can configure the application, troubleshoot, make enhancements to applications.
