CT Hackerspace dues payment plan avoids increase costs.

The CT Hackerspace board has thought long and hard about two challenges facing our organization every month. (1) Constantly chasing down late membership payments and (2) Worrying about making budget every month because of unpredictable income on a break even balance sheet. 

A solution has been found that hopefully solves both these challenges and by keeping in mind holding costs for members and at the same and save CTH hours of monthly bill chasing to maintain the organization..

If a member is on a regular payment system or Prepays in advance, they can keep the exisiting $50 / $25 Student rate. You can use PAYPAL recurring payments, free auto enrollment with autopay BILL PAY at most banks and credit unions, or just simply PREPAY your monthly membership ahead of time. By using any of these methods, your dues will not be affected by this increase. If you choose month to month payments as they are due, CT Hackerspace dues will be increasing by $10.

We are hoping that this idea is financially fair to the members and at the same time, cuts down on hours of unneeded time chasing down payments and being able to have the added assurance of money to cover CTH operating expenses.
