Facility Committee first meeting date suggestions

I am interested in formally convening the Facility Committee and believe that setting a specific date and time to do so will provide some structure to the committee.  I would like to propose a quick get together either the evening of Wednesday May 1st.  or the following day, Thursday May 2nd.

I would envision no more than 1 hour to quickly set-up some goals and action items and formalize the members/ respective responsibilities.  I  am fully open to getting together via electronic media as well (google hangout, email or IRC)

If any interested members can reply to this email with a preference for a date/time as well as a preference for in-person versus remote meeting, I think that we can easily come together to formalize the committee.

I vote for Thursday (or maybe Monday that week) but will show up what ever day.

As it stands Thursday from 5:30-7:00 is my preference. If 6:00-7:00 works better to allow people to get to the space, so be it. Also if there is another date/time that works better for others, that is fine as well.

Not sure if Rich will be checking his email while travelling but I am interested in his input as well as Matt's input on the best time to get together.

Since there has been no replies against having a Facility Committee Meeting this  Thursday 5:30-7:00 I am putting it on my calendar as scheduled.   Anyone that has an interest in contributing to the improvement of the facility at CT Hackerspace is encouraged to come by at this time to participate. It appears as though determining a sensible floorplan for expanded shop space has been the primary focus so far. I have suggested that this group discuss re-positioning of our video cameras to go along with the changes to the floor plan. Other suggestions are encouraged as well.
