Dear Members of Nepali Community,

NAConn's Media and Publication committee is working to publish first issue of NAConn Newsletter during the New Year event. This will be a small book with information about NAConn and its activities and literary works by the members (short stories, poems, gazhals, essays) etc.

 ·         If you own a small business that you would like to advertise and reach out to Nepali community, it is the perfect time. 

 ·         It is the perfect time to show you care, if you would like to

• extend new year greetings to everyone,
• announce special events
• congratulate anyone on their special achievement

 Please consider placing an advertisement on the newsletter. The charges to recover the cost of production will be:

 For business advertisement with new year's greeting messages

(Black and white only): 

• Full page            - $175 (3 or more photos), $150 (1-2 photos)
• Half page           - $90 (2 or more photos), $75 (0-1 photo)
• Quarter page      - $50 (1-2 photo), $40 (without photo)

 For personal messages

• Standard new year greeting message as below $25 (only your name will be changed where needed)

 Special discount for individual members:

Type your own message and pay in full before Saturday (April 6) and we will give you $10 off on quarter page, $20 off on half page, $30 off in full page messages. The discount does not apply for the standard message as above ($25 one).

 Your messages, articles etc. can be in any language (Nepali or English). We will NOT PUBLISH any advertisement related to liquor (alcohol) and tobacco of any kind.

 Wait, there is more you can do. If you have some talents in creative writing (essays, poems, short stories, songs/gazhals), please let us publish your creation. Selected creations will be published free of charges.

Dear all members,

If you are considering to extend your new year wishes or any other advertisement for us, please do so quickly.

If you have short articles to publish let me know asap.

Since we are planning to distribute the newsletter at New Year Party, we have absolutely no more time. Printers need at least 48 hours and we need at another 72 hours to design, proof read, make changes and finalize the copy. That means we cannot accept anything after Tuesday evening.

HARD DEADLINE OF FOR ANYTHING TO REACH ME IS 8:00 PM TUESDAY NIGHT!

I am sorry but ANYTHING RECEIVED AFTER THIS WILL GO FOR NEXT ISSUE OF NEWSLETTER.
