CSV file using vb6

Hi all ,

can anyone help me with this task. I have a csv file from which i have
read
values.
Cover Name TileNo Subclass name #ID userID X1 Y1 X2 Y2 X3 Y3 X4 Y4
X5 Y5
PARCELS15 10 DIM 578 578 2062359 283550.6 2062401 283539.4
PARCELS15 20
DIM 584 584 2062132 283407.5 2062130 283410.7 2062091 283417.9


here, i have to read user id and subclass valeus alone

please help me out with this
