Spring O-series Final & Potluck, Jun 5, Pine Banks Park

Hi, CSU orienteers and friends,
The weekly Spring O-series Final & Potluck takes place on Wed Jun 5 at Pine Banks Park on the Malden/Melrose line.
Time: 6-7pm Nice weather is expected.

Directions: enter park at the southern gate, go about 250 meters to a small parking area. If that is full, continue to more parking at playing fields on north side of park. The Park is a short distance from Oak Grove Station on the Orange Line.

Gathering place: a Picnic Shelter up the hill from the first parking lot (see web site: CSU.attackpoint.com) A children's playground is next to the picnic shelter.

Terrain: mostly woods. Alex Jospe' & Ed Despard are in charge of the O-event.

A Potluck Supper will follow the O-event at the picnic shelter. We cannot use a charcoal grill or any fire. We may be able to order pizza (so we need to know how many are coming) to go with the potluck dishes you intend to bring.

Already on hand: a watermelon, choc. bit cookies, 2 gallons lemonade.
