Time for serious action

On June 30 2005 the criminal act of fraud over $140,000 occurred at an
Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal which they refused to commence or
cause to commence proceedings and during my 3 year trek for justice an
overwhelming amount of evidence was collected irrefutably proving the
entire government legal system is a conspiracy against the people of
the Lower Tier.



In another entirely different matter of an illegal termination of a
contract by a lawyer I filed a complaint with the Law Society of Upper
Canada and the subsequent events irrefutably proved the Law Society
like all the purported to be independent government agencies are only
there to protect the members of the Law Societies who hold every
position of authority in the legal system.



The entire system is organized crime personified from the Parliament
of Canada, DOJ-the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada,
the Ontario Attorney General - the RCMP and everything in between
because the Attorney Generals are the advisors to all government
departments and agencies including the police where the evidence
irrefutably proves the media is in on it where although every
individual has guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and
benefit the individuals of the Lower Tier...the Middle Class...the
moral majority cannot afford to access the system and the evidence
irrefutably proves they never intended us to be able to.



The entire system is a conspiracy beginning with the very first line
of the Charter and the federal government transfering the
responsibility to administer the Constitution to the provinces without
retaining a plan to impel the provinces to administer them and so they
do not as the members of the Law Societies deliberately leave our
rights unprotected so they have a prodigious number of victims to
address the symptoms to a luxurious life style.



Instead of eradicating the criminal element, nipping it in the bud
they allow it to run rampant where there is a preponderance of victims
that cannot afford the legal system process and the perpetrators get
away with free out of jail card until eventually they advance their
skills with a multitude of victims left their wake until they hit the
big time worthy of the members of the Law Societies interest..



The government members of the Law Societies create the system designed
to ransack the moral majority siding with the affluent and influential
scratching each others backs with the big multinational corporates
manipulating the markets and of course you bet they are in on with
them as they give them big tax breaks when the people are starving and
of course whatever breaks they give them the middle class pick up the
tab.



As they allow the costs of gas, utilities....whatever to rise driving
the middle class closer to poverty with many falling through the
cracks due their deliberate incompetence to deal with matters of the
peoples society being attentive only to their own Law Societies.



I have correspondence from the Law Society of Upper Canada clearly
stating or implying their members are not required to give a damn
about the individuals guaranteed Charter rights nor has evidence got
anything to do with their decisions against their members who I repeat
hold every position of authority in the legal system.and they have all
demonstrated that they do not give a damn about our Charter rights,
and why should they. Who is going to make them?



That is where you come in and us of the CDF-United Groups Against Law
Society Poverty Makers.



One individual, one group or even 100 working away alone on their own
agenda accomplishes absolutely nothing in these matters and in fact if
they manage to put enough enogh pressure on the government they do
their BENEVOLENCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS and MORALITY ploy that only diffuses
the pressure on them as they put on a facade of creating purported to
be independent agencies like the Ombudsman or Commissions like the
Conflict and Interest and Ethics Commission created under the Federal
Accountability Act, 2006 which itself is a BENEVOLENCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS
and MORALITY ploy seemingly to address pressures put on them which our
evidence provided them great pressure and am sure we were major
players forcing them into that.



The problem is the outcome of these ploys simply cost the taxpayers a
humongous amount more as they set these up with the limited authority
still advised by the Attorney General which allows him to keep a tight
reign on things as they do nothing but protect the conspirators not
giving a damn about the people.



The headlines of the July 26 2008 Saturday Toronto Star announced the
Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley had assigned a University Law
professor to look in on charges we have been making for 3 years that
the Middle Class could not afford to access the system, that it was
two tiered providing a humongous advantage to the people of the Upper
Tier in so many ways it is horrendously pathetic completely adverse to
democracy and our individual Charter rights of equal protection where
as the costs of a 3 day civil court is $60,000 for a victim who was
guaranteed to be protected and should not cost the victim at all and
of course is why the Middle Class cannot afford to access the system.



That item in the Star is enough proof they have designed an
illigetimate legal system for the express purpose of luxurious benefit
to the members of the Law Society where justice is obviously not the
objective nor is to eradicate immorality from society but to increase
it.



How could it be anything else when the Law Society has blatantly
admitted their members are not required to give a damn about the
people.



The fact they came out and said that is because the evidence was
irrefutable against their member which should have taken a couple of
days at most requiring them only to look at the one page contract and
the one page letter of termination to know for fact the lawyer didn't
even look at the contract.



Instead they tell me they do not look at evidence of complaints
against their members so what were they doing for the 2 months it took
them to respond other than trying to find a legitimate way out.

Finally they provided me so much evidence against them over the six
months or so I corresponded with them that they are done like a turkey
if I can get the evidence out to the public, which is rather difficult
with the media on their side as you will read in the issue of the
Toronto Star.

It would be prudent to mention they have been provided the same
evidence as the prodigious number of government personnel on the
AAAAALIST which includes the DOJ-Minister of Justice and Attorney
General of Canada, the Ontario Attorney General, the OPP Anti-Rackets
and the RCMP.



On November 8 2008 I filed with the Commission for Public Complaints
against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the evidence of the
government organized crime of corruption and conspiracy and on
September 10 2008 I received a two page, what amounted to one page of
text Final Letter of Disposition that declines to investigate.



All one needs do is look at the irrefutable evidence on the Charter
Democracy Force web site www.cdf.name and 10 affiliate sites and
compare it with their one page of context to know certain the entire
government is corrupt in on a conspiracy against the people of the
Lower Tier.



Canada is no different than any other country in this respect and
before long with gas prices and food costs going up due to the
manipulation of the markets and the nefarious ventures of the members
of the legal profession world wide chaos looms in the horizon and they
must simply be stopped once and for all.



This will be accomplished by organization of groups world wide
sympathetic to the cause of poverty which we all have a humongous
vested interest for not only the existing poverty but for us all in
the not too distant future as the members of the Law Societies are
nothing but poverty makers gloating and bloating themselves while they
do it.



As I say we have the air tight evidence against them all and the
entire governments of Canada are aware of it but they are of the
belief we cannot get the evidence out.



That is why we need to put every effort into making it known to the
Canadian Government we are amassing under the CDF banner with present
groups already up and running who are prepared to help their cause by
uniting with us at the Force with the irrefutable evidence to do it.



I repeat they already know the validity of the evidence and it is only
a matter of keeping them informed as to how many of us are aware of it
and obviously demand a public inquiry and on that commencement will be
the beginning of the end of the two tier system and the struggle of
humankind that has gone on long before the days of Confucius 551 BC -
479 BC who was born to poverty and rose to dine with kings gave us the
Golden Rule "Do not impose on others what you would not wish for
yourself" and "There were no dates in this history, but scrawled this
way and that across every page were the words BENEVOLENCE,
RIGHTEOUSNESS and MORALITY...finally I began to make out what was
written between the lines; the whole volume was filled with a single
phrase: EAT PEOPLE"

It would be prudent to mention that I have been in contact with
Democracy Watch and Make Poverty History but they are not interested
in helping to end it as it is a way of life for them keeping them in
comfortable lifestyle.



I suspect many groups out there have there own personal agendas and it
is a respectful objective but we need people who are actually serious
and dedicated to their to cause who understand by uniting with us to
attack at the root of poverty, crime and the cause of our own personal
degraded lifestyles caused by these unscrupulous people of the legal
profession who ransack the people of the Lower Tiers along with their
affluent and fluential friends as the rich continue to get richer and
the poor continue to get poorer.



It is due their total neglect of their legitimate responsibilities to
eradicate immoral inclination from society that crime runs rampant and
often people driven into poverty, hopelessness and despair see no way
out but to join the criminal element.

If you are serious about the cause you have taken on please read our
evidence to coherence where you will then understand the need to unite
with us as ONE mighty force who knows the governments modus operandi
and will no longer be able to use it to merely diffuse issues as we
will be huge in numbers scrutizing their every move ensuring they
actually restructure the system closing all loop holes where we will
always be arond providing the people a place to voice their
complaints.

The people will be finally in control of the government with
representatives they can trust, themselves and all of us.

I am not suggesting you abruptly stop whatever initiatives you have on
the move only suggesting you will have more influence prefixing the
name of your group with CDF-

and perhaps each group linked to us could take on on specific
assignments where the data will be available to all of us on other
assignments.



For example if one group were to set up a site CDF- News Compilation
where we can all forward relative information to that group to compile
and organize by date to analyze a pattern linking to the source of
problems ....where if you do not stop leaks you will spend the rest of
your life pumping or blowing air.



Contacting victims published in the news to get the true story would
be very useful and spreading the word that is what you are doing if
that is your assignment will eventually find people signing up to get
the truth and of course they will be all directed to see the evidence
published at headquarters, Charter Democracy Force.



With cooperation we will be expanding rather rapidly with a humongous
number of initiatives working together all as afiliates of the CDF
directed at the one root of most major problems including wars that
persist with the governments of the world our true enemies inciting us
people against each other as they satiate their lusts for power and
wealth.



Perhaps we will be more like a world wide network of truth available
for to know really what is going on because what happens in other
countries affects us all in consumer products just to name one.

Do you have any idea how much of the peoples hard earned money it
takes to finance the governments armies and provide them their deadly
and destructive toys to battle each other for their power and wealth
to advance their lifestyles while ultimately degrading ours leaving
many to live in poverty, homeless and die of starvation just to enrich
their lives and they of the Upper Tier who support them.



Please give it some serious thought as I am certain it will be a
humongous benefit to all our causes and ourselves which we all have a
humongous vested interest.

I am near 66 years old and will be looking for someone or persons to
take over in the relatively near future and I am intent to get us well
underway before then.



I should also mention once we have proven ourselves to the people and
become known that we are here and vital to their well being we will be
looking for funding as we knock out all these inane purportedly
independent agaencies that only cost the people to finance them to
protect the unscrupulous government members of the Law Societies.



I should also remind you that the world situation is a whole lot worse
than the governments intend to let us know as their only concerns are
where the money is to be had for themselves.

you be as inane to us as the members of the Law Societies and more
importantly yourself.
