The Charter Democracy Force has irrefutably proven Government
corruption is built into the legal system embedded in the Constitution
Act, 1982 right in the very first line of Part 1, Canadian Charter of
Rights and Freedoms with government members of the Law Societies at
the helm.
Since June 30 2005 the manager, me Frank Gallagher has used every
legal option available in attempt to find justice for the criminally
fraudulent offences (over $150,000) committed at the Ontario Rental
Housing Tribunal which took me on a three year venture into futility
collecting a prodigious amount of irrefutable evidence proving the
government is organized crime personified from Parliament of Canada,
Department of Justice, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of
Canada, Minister of Public Safety ,Provincial Attorney Generals, Law
Societies, Politicians, Municipal Police, OPP Anti-Rackets,...many and
finally the Royal Canadian Mountain Police who were provided a
prodigious amount of evidence published on the Charter Democracy Force
web site www.cdf.name and 10 affiliate sites and on September 10 2008
we received their Final Letter of Disposition now published on the
original Charter Democracy Force web site http://groups.google.com/group/charter-democracy-force
which clearly shows the RCMP is a major player in the conspiracy for
without them the conspiracy could not exist.
The evidence is so obvious and conclusive that the government members
of the Law Societies are behind it all and having tried every method
possible, including publishing the evidence on the 11 web sites in an
attempt to get the public interest which is the only way to eradicate
them, it appears getting their attention is just as difficult as
getting the attention of a legitimate government
organization.

It is a venture into futility attempting to eradicate government
organized crime by conventional methods and the fact is all
governments throughout the world are the same.
This is nothing knew to anyone but the simple fact is there is a two
tiered system that has existed long before Confucius 551 BC - 479 BC
who was born to poverty and rose to dine with kings known for his
wisdom gained through experience having lived through poverty to high
society was the originator of the Golden Rule and other words of
humongous value should they be heeded. "Do not impose on others what
you would not wish for yourself"
"There were no dates in this history, but scrawled this way and that
across every page were the words BENEVOLENCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS and
MORALITY...finally I began to make out what was written between the
lines; the whole volume was filled with a single phrase: EAT PEOPLE"
Nothing has changed and there success of course is based on wealth and
power with the politicians and members of the Law Societies often one
and the same hobnobbing with the affluent and influential scratching
each others backs to wealth and power to feed their insatiable lust
for wealth and power with each advancement providing more leverage
shoehorning us people of the Lower Tiers right out of our shoes.
We have them humongously out numbered and yet they have us surrounded
quite often fighting our selves as they incite us against the powers
that be of other countries in pursuit of more wealth and power and of
course the governments of the other countries incite their people
against our governments which invariably means us fighting other
innocent people who come to hate each other as the hate is directed in
the wrong direction.
Having provided the irrefutable evidence to a prodigious number of
Government personnel, media, churches, groups like Democracy Watch,
poverty groups ....whatever to no avail and just now receiving the
"RCMP Final Letter of Disposition" are now absolutely certain there is
no way in hell to deal with this in inane fashion of conventional
method simply because it does not work.
We are now reorganizing with a realistic serious plan of action, which
is a very simple logical concept intended to inform the world populous
we are here, and mean serious business, which will be demonstrated as
we organize the special interest groups already involved in these most
serious matters.
We must simply work together in serious organized manner with a
central meeting point where of course I am suggesting right here at
the Charter Democracy Force already up and running and well known by
the entire Canadian and provincial Governments who are on our e-mail
AAAAAALIST and getting larger as we go, including media… gun clubs,
and other interested groups who have contacted us.
One of our biggest obstacles is ourselves with 7 billion people on the
planet with unique perceptions highly influenced by the governments
and religious leaders who take our minds from birth, once innocent and
empty and fill them with their crapola for the specific purpose of
raising us to work for them at ridiculous wages with our work week
getting longer and longer to satiate their lust for wealth and power
that simply cannot be stopped by pleading with them individually, and
even when groups get large enough to get their attention they create
agencies such as the purported to be independent groups like the
Ombudsman simply to alleviate pressure at the time where the groups
congratulate themselves for all the hard work they have done believing
they have been successful but unfortunately not by a long shot and in
fact just costs the taxpayers more money unknowing that all these
Commissions, Ombudsman, ORHT, Complaints against the police, Law
Societies...whatever are their to protect the government personnel and
they make it appear that they are on the public's side but invariably
by the time the individual is finished dealing with them the members
of the Law Societies who hold every position of authority in the legal
system come out smelling like roses.
This has been irrefutably tested and documented published on our web
sites where the fact is there is a prodigious amount of information
the public is simply not aware of and difficult to get it to the
people because the media is some how seriously controlled by the
government and I suspect they simply cooperate with them with the
owners being people of the Upper Tiers.
The success of the government organized crime is founded on deception
and prevarication with our minds brain washed from birth believing
there is nothing that can be done about it and the people resign
themselves to the fact and simply do not want to get involved only to
get frustrated making it very difficult for groups like ours to get
their attention.
Most often they just do not understand having careers in other fields
of endeavour and pretty well kept busy trying to keep their heads
above water while fighting off the alligators because the governments
refuse to drain the swamp they deliberately created.
As you are aware there are many groups set up and running inanely
attempting to get something positive started and again I remind you
even when they think they have accomplished something with the
government they are unfortunately wrong as you will read on our sites.
The thing is we have been so thorough there is an overwhelming amount
to read and even though we have attempted shorter versions and
continue in that direction to put something together to catch the
peoples interest and quickly show them why it is vital to their safety
and wellbeing to unite with us and help spread the word that we know
what we are doing and we are here for every moral person in the world
to defeat the organized crime that is ransacking us of our hard earned
money in every which way they can.
Corruption in other countries humongously affects every one of us of
the Lower Tiers in consumer prices with taxes upon taxes built in and
then we pay taxes on those taxes when we make purchases and then there
is the incomprehensible amounts of money paid on wars actually paid
fro by the people to kill each other for the unconscionable benefit of
the insatiable powers that be.
They are the creators of poverty hopelessness and despair and we are
the creators of hope certain to success when the people realize we are
here for them and we need them here with us.
We need people who are up on statistics and are interested in
researching such relevant data.
We need people in electronics and specialists in communication
networking
We need groups to unite with us and take on certain projects becoming
specialists in the various fields
The names of their groups will be determined as we organize always
beginning CDF- ....whatever so that "CDF" becomes world renown
We need managers and being near 66 years old I will be looking for
someone to take over

CDF is founded in Canada and is of the belief the supreme law of
Canada, the Constitution: Document is particularly congenial to the
people of the Lower Tier, the moral majority and therefore intend to
adhere to in "The Spirit and the Letter of the Law" where our
